I have the same issue. I use the PARA setup for creating 4 stacks: Projects, Areas, Resources, Archives. The todos pulled from Evernote either end in the Inbox, or "somewhere".

I played with it a lot to set it up correctly, but the only solution I found is to manually recreate the same structure in Todoist, Pleexy cannot do it automatically.

While the whole purpose of Pleexy would be to automate the sync...

Evernote's advanced search syntax should be implemented completely. It's the same with e.x. -notebook:
