What would you expect from this integration? Ability to create tasks from Favorite articles or articles with specific tags?

Vic K: So, my use case is remembering to read something. I would like to have a say "reading list."
If(article is added to folder X)
Create task ([article name] in [list] OR create list from TLD
With the ability to pass in:
Article Summary
Article Name
Article URL
Author Name
Source (Pocket/Instapaper/etc)
And as I see it, we either create a custom list from the TLD of the article, match the list from the folder name, or add to an existing list.

This would give us I think maximum customizability for a few use cases.
Maybe I want to have a list containing all items in the folder "research" OR I might want to have a project called "Research" and inside that, a master-task for each TLD, so:
Wired:
Aritcle 1
Article 2
Article 3
Ars Tech:
Article 1
Article 2
Article 3
It would also, possibly be handy in the reverse. So, if I add a task with a URL to Todoist, maybe it can send that URL back to Instapaper? This one's a bit sketchier, but I do sometimes stash stuff in Todoist that I will want to read later.

rikere: Thanks for sharing. Any thoughts on what would/should happen to the article when corresponding task is completed? Archive or move to the other folder?
r

Vic K: I think archive should be available as a bool. I think you can mark read in pocket (but not instapaper).
Moving to another folder is an option. In Pocket's case, you can add or change the tags. So, you could complete the task, append tag "read", remove "unread", or whatever a user specifies.
I'd like the option to essentially do nothing? I don't tend to remove the articles/archive them, I just need a kick in the butt to remember to read them.

Delete should also be an option. Archive, Delete, Move, and Edit Folder/Tags.
