Depending on how the pilot goes with Notion and Todoist, we'll be moving on with this one.

I create new tasks from Todoist and use Zapier to create the task in ClickUp in a default list for personal tasks. Then I use the "Find" function in Zapier and Delete the task in Todoist because once it's added to ClickUp, Pleexy will sync it back. This way, I avoid duplicate tasks. This is my current workaround to keep Todoist as my jump point for all functions. Ideally, I'd love native integration to create tasks in ClickUp via Todoist using Plexxy.

Brian Carroll Hi! I've been trying for hours build a zap the way you explained it. It would be awesome if you could outline it in more detail how it works. How do I make zapier find the same task that was just created and then delete it rom todoist?

Pleexy Team: any chance for this one? My business case: I use Clickup for work and Todoist for personal tasks. My wife also uses Todoist. I share several Todoist projects with my wife. When Clickup could also be setup as a destination I could skip using Todoist and have all my tasks (work and personal) in Clickup. One app is better than two.

Pleexy Team: Still under review only?

Hi Pascal Zweipfenning, yes, this is under review, as it's something that it's in our radar and we might start looking into 2-way task creation for next year.

Yes please!👍

As it stands, I don't think I have much use for Pleexy if it doesn't go both ways. I will keep an eye on this product, but I don't see myself using it or Todoist again until it can push tasks to ClickUp.

Hi zander!
Would you like to have a chat about this issue? We're considering implementing this.
If you'd like to give us your feedback, please just let me know, and we'll setup a call.
Thanks!

I recently started working with a project that uses ClickUp, but I still use Todoist (and will continue to do so) for my personal tracking. Pleexy is already helping me keep things together with Asana. Here's hoping they can do the same with ClickUp.

I've used both ClickUp and Todoist in the past but have stuck with Todoist because I can make it work as a project manager, but can't make ClickUp work as a daily task manager. This integration seems like it will be perfect.
I don't see in the setup or FAQs whether or not you can add tasks from Todoist to ClickUp. This would be huge for me since I still see myself using Todoist's inbox as the main source of collecting things to do, even if they are full projects. I'm hoping I'm missing this feature.

Denise Rebollido: I had the same question myself and asked the fine folks at Pleexy if that was possible (add tasks from Todoist to ClickUp). I was told that, unfortunately, it's not currently a feature. As of now, you can only port tasks created in ClickUp to Todoist. I really hope the add the two-way feature soon. I'm in the same boat as you - I use Todoist as my main collector of tasks, and would much prefer to have tasks added there sync over to ClickUp. Hopefully this feature will get enough votes to get on their radar.
