Didn't realise I couldn't do it until it kept rejecting the password - my Gmail is in outlook and I flag them there!

Yes please. I realized that i was tricked by "Outlook flagged emails" versus "Exchange flagged emails" and have been missing flagged messages from my gmail based accounts.
